10 The reason for your cold hands and feet, and is not circulation!

Your hands and feet are always cold? If you think it is because of weak circulation you will be surprised how many other causes have.  Find what can be cause about this phenomenon.

Raynaud’s phenomenon-

Raynaud’s syndrome is a condition that causes some parts of the body to be as cold fingers and toes, tip of the nose or ears, or brushed to the touch due to cold or stress. The small arteries that supply the skin with blood becoming narrower, and therefore restrict blood circulation in affected areas. During this episode fingers are whitening, than they are blue because very little or almost no blood comes to them. Fingers are often cold, swollen with tingling or pain. The blood begins to flow, the fingers turn red. In most for this syndrome the cause is not known. Good news is that it is only unpleasant but not harmful. Changing lifestyles, such as wearing warm clothes, gloves when it’s cold, even when taking food from the refrigerator or avoid stress, quite enough to avoid disruption.

Problems with circulation-

Anemia-

Low blood pressure-

Low blood pressure occurs due to a number Causes including dehydration, blood loss, certain medications and endocrine disorders. When blood pressure is low, blood vessels direct the blood from the extremities to the vital organs, leaving your fingers cold. If you have low pressure associated with dizziness, fatigue, nausea, and weakness, be sure to warn your doctor.

Medicine-

Smoking-
